The Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of North East are requesting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive Water Rate Study. The intent of the study is to independently assess and evaluate the Town’s existing water rates and provide recommendations on the Town’s rate structure. The broad objective of the study is to adequately fund the water utility operations and capital costs while minimizing rates to the greatest degree possible.
