Notice of Election

In accordance with the provisions of Article VI, Section 605, Notice of the Charter of the Town of North East, Maryland, notice is hereby given that a General Election will be held at the Town Hall Meeting Room, 106 South Main Street, North East, on Monday, February 9, 2026 for the purpose of electing two Commissioners to the Town Board of the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of North East.

The said polling place will be open at 7:00 A.M. and close at 7:00 P.M. on said date. Duly registered persons whose names appear on the Registration Books of said town shall be entitled to vote.
