The water department has discovered a water main break on Russell St. While crews are working on the repair,  water service will be interrupted.  Russell street and the surrounding area will be without water during these repairs. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working as quickly as possible to make the necessary repairs. We hope to have the repairs made and water restored within 6 to 8 hours.
